This is the civil war seen between Liberation Tiger of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) female fighters wing and the Sri Lanka Army mans. If you see the video there are no need of any explanation or what kind of war crime done by the Sri Lankan Army man.
Is the international community will take any action against this war crime ? Dose that will punish the goverment authorities behind these actions ?
